Server 2008 Internet Explorer 10/11 installation. - Microsoft Community

i can't ie 10 or 11 install on windows server 2008 foundation r2 64 sp1. i've verified prerecs have been installed still 9c59 error.  i checked graphics card not amd, matrox wasn't listed 1 needed driver updated ie 10.   seems computer has tried since 2013 has never been able due various codes. pressed make change of our programs no longer support ie9.  does have process this?   in advance!
