Remove an ex-employee from Microsoft Online Services Team email list - Microsoft Community

ex-employee included in email microsoft online services team (business premium statement ready).  being sent gmail account, not our company domain.  how can remove name mailing list?

it seems gmail address filled in contact preferences. can refer article change in contact preferences communications microsoft.
