OneNote UWP (App, not office) not sync - Microsoft Community

hi,

my windows 10 uwp onenote app not sync anymore. i've tried several things "uninstall/install", delete notebooks (via online), log off , log in again, clear recycle bin (via onenote office version) ...

my problem when create new notebook onenote uwp not able sync onedrive. on others pcs/mobile able sync , create notebooks.

in section can select notebooks notebooks deleted. in existing notebooks message "unable open section" (i don't know correct english translation, original "abschnitte können nicht angezeigt werden". last sync date "1980/01/01". times message internet connection reseted should try later again (yes, have active internet connection).

i think problem there value not set anymore (registry, ...) , onenote can't connect onedrive.

any hints or solution problem?

update: seems problem "local user account". testing i've created local account , 1 able sync notebooks in onenote

hi, have same issue. seems app broken, since there several reports on issue ...
