office, applications, fail launch. message.

 "the operating system not presently configured run application"

i launched office restore. said fixed. still same message.

this seems epidemic across internet.

i ended reinstalling via web.  seems have fixed it. had made no changes. using 1 day, , next day, office 2013 stopped working.

it's working now. thank getting me.
