Obtaining activation key for Samsung ATIV S Windows Phone OS 8.0 - Microsoft Community

completely given run around, no 1 seems able help.

i've purchased second hand; factory reset cannot add outlook account use email , microsoft store keeps asking me activation key (5 white boxes , 5 letters/numbers).

as origin of phone canada (sgh-t899m) phoned samsung canada , redirected me microsoft hold activation code windows.  i've been on numerous calls samsung europe, usa , microsoft , asked on call microsoft post query here.
