Non Delivery Reports from Office 365(Mail Bounce Back with no - Microsoft Community

hi,

i receiving following bounce message office 365

host ***-com-au.mail.protection.outlook.com[65.55.88.170] said: 554 5.6.0 invalid message content [syxpr01mb1774.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com] [sy3pr01ca0087.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com] [sy3aus01ft013.eop-aus01.prod.protection.outlook.com] (in reply end of data command)

we use trend hosted email security our first contact , trend logs messages receive , logs shows following 

but when mailflow->trace office 365 not show logs related message.

i advised turn off defer message if rule processing doesn't complete transport rules.

i have done , added sender safe sender lists still emails getting bounced.

this email not contain attachments.

thanks

this issue no longer happening us.

trend hosted email security/office 365 fixed it.

not sure was.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
