Lumia 735, Family Safety, and Upgrade Advisor install error - Microsoft Community

hi - bought 2 refurbished lumia 735 phones , signed kids in on each one. both kids have same setup in family safety, yet 1 of phones won't let me download upgrade advisor. other phone downloaded , installed fine, run windows 10 update no issues. error "we can't complete request due account's family settings. change these settings, go windowsphone.com/family on computer , sign in microsoft account." when type in site on computer, brings me microsoft family, , none of settings can see indicate why cannot download upgrade advisor onto daughter's phone, particularly since identical son's settings. phone system updates have been installed, it's not that, , short of logging myself phone permanently, defeats purpose of me buying windows phone family safety, can't figure out how fix it. appreciated.

my family feature used set limitations on device. in order turn off family feature, have sign in microsoft account of adult in family. select daughter's account , choose remove. see article more details: how turn off family features?.
