Can't log in - Microsoft Community

hi bought microsoft office while ago , have installed it, however, won't let me activate it.

it saying email address isn't registered, though know is.

did download office 2013 from: http://www.office.com/setup   

and did use email address , password microsoft account?



Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows 8 / Office 2013

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
