2010 Access Engine - Microsoft Community

while in development mode refresh rate slow after making change. discovered if reinstalled microsoft 2010 access engine program speed of screen refresh after making change became instantaneous should be. seems stay way until next programming session (next time uses access , make development screen changes).  access seems run @ normal speed when adding data or using user not developer.  when access programs , apps in windows 10 , locate microsoft 2010 access engine, complete reinstall correct speed issue. reinstalling lot less annoying waiting access refresh after program change annoying nonetheless. when know not supposed work way. 

can point me in direction of fixing problem?

i running access 2016 (microsoft 365) on 64 bit windows computer.

behaviour describe, screen drawing  slows down drastically in design view, known , seems result variety of causes.  in case use of trusteer rapport security software banks encourage online customers use.  has been identified cause of problems other applications.  common cause of problem seems use of onedrive, microsoft encourages, , many have reported disabling onedrive solves problem, though did not in case.
