unable to install update Microsoft Office 2016 (KB3178666) - Microsoft Community

i have been unable install particular update 5 months now! have uninstalled , reinstalled office 2016 twice, have direct downloaded update microsoft's website stubborn update not install.
suggestions highly appreciated.
