Reinstall of Office Home & Student 2013 Without Original Microsoft - Microsoft Community

purchased office home & student 2013 on 4/25/2013 $136.00 @ army air force exchange service on camp zama (i have receipt , product key download). installed on computer, accidentally uninstalled , need reinstall it. every attempt repeat installation steps encounters message product associated existing account , message directs me sign original account -- not possible since i not have or remember original microsoft account, email or telephone number when installed it. how can reinstall office home & student 2013?

not office 2013 h&s versions associated ms account, error msg getting suggests version associated ms account, , being case have call support in order take thro process of recovering/identifying ms account
