Regarding Pivot - Microsoft Community

hi ,

i have 1 query in run pivot tables in excel then after few of them columns data format have been updated .but after refreshing on pivot table.

when selecting filters in filters shows both (old & new options)are shown.

for understanding refer image

here can see in filter there 13 options have 6 options per data

right click on pivottable, select pivottable options. on data tab, change number of items retain per field: none
