Microphone doesn't work for Facebook calls - Microsoft Community

people cant hear me when call them through facebook , can hear them.

there else causing other microphone here. need check microphone settings, drivers microphone facebook call settings determine error lies. better understand going on ask:

  1. are able make of microphone using other programs , applications in computer (sound recorder or cortana)?
  2. is microphone plugged in using 35mm jack or usb microphone? or built-in microphone?
  3. have tried unplugging , re-plugging? or restarting computer?
  4. have tried browser access facebook with?
