Lost Product Key - Microsoft Community

my laptop came pre-installed office came product key activate account, ive misplaced product key and im wondering how can activate office on laptop without it. i've tried signing in microsoft account saying account doesn't match, can do?

cannot activate if have lost key, , if pre-installed version neither ms or pc maker able help


Office / Install, upgrade and activate / Windows 8 / Unknown/other
