i need to restore my computer back to factory settings...will i loose - Microsoft Community

so, have driver issue , need reset laptop factory settings fix it, no longer have activation code used microsoft office. loose forever if reset? or there way download , sign in or something?

with regard concern, can still download or reinstall office 365 home long use same microsoft account signed in when download ms office.
