i have same problem on 2 mobile devices (lumia 640 , lumia 950 - different accounts).

before hardreset microsoft account not visible in settings -> account, add new account throw exception "account exists".

i try on lumia 950 hard reset , i'm albe sync email only. in settings -> account -> manage synchronization of microsoft account have switch email - contacts , calendar missing!

we aware of current issue latest update clearing contacts , calendar on windows 10 lumia devices. of now, engineers working on it, have issue resolved possible.
