Build 16241 - system no longer boots Windows - Microsoft Community

post download, build 16241 starts installation , on first restart, system goes uefi/bios direct. can see windows boot loader option in boot sequence (that's one, btw) restarts go straight uefi/bios always.

i tried recovery disk older build , automatic repair fails message "automatic repair not able able repair pc".

no system restore points present.

i used command line menu , tried bootrec , bcdboot commands. although not show error, on restart it's same uefo/bios screen.

i not sure what's wrong here can see esp diskpart , c:\windows directory.

chkdsk ran ok without errors sfc /scannow complained windows resource unavailability. no idea that.

i may try installing iso when 1 16241 or newer becomes available may long wait.

any solutions can try now?

hi ps,

don't know running things ran has done, may not work more try anyway:

disable secure boot. may allow install complete after can turn enabled.

unfortunately, things may have gotten messed up, in case agree waiting 16241 iso strategy not profitable. download latest slow ring iso, clean install , let wu fast ring. done many times, works fine.
