ALT+ARROW inserts special character in Visual Studio - Microsoft Community

os name microsoft windows 10 home insider preview
version 10.0.16237 build 16237
after updating  to 16237, visual studio shortcuts alt+arrow (right, up, down) perform action , insert special character key combination.

i've tried booting in diagnostics , disabled lot of processes, can't seem hook triggers this. used spy++ see if program responsible, nothing of interest show up. suggestions on disable not have issue?

hello,

this caused corruption within application using. suggest reinstall application on same windows insider build , see if still shows special characters specific key combination.

also, may know if application shows behavior on device running same windows insider build?
