i factory reset new lumia 950 xl.

i ran wdrt.

i ran windows update phone update thing.

i did check updates again.

all thought date.

it's been 5 days.

but hour ago if not apps 

have decided update / reinstall themselves 

from store.

does know why happening

considering 5 day delay?
