none of contacts showing,i'm not receiving new contacts , phone doesn't ring on skype when tries call me. 

hi joanne,


contacts on windows phone automatically synced microsoft account. if not showing, device software not updated or it's corrupted. regard ringing issue skype app, perhaps sound notification off. we'll need bit more information better. please answer these questions:

  • which windows version running on phone?
  • are referring skype or people app contacts?
  • have tried uninstalling , reinstalling skype app?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
