Boot up issues after installing latest build - Microsoft Community

hi all,

after installing 16278r3, pc not complete booting after enter password. hangs on black screen. appears it's doing because hd led indicates it's busy. have gone task manager , disabled start programs no avail. restart , boots normal. else seen issue?

try reset of windows. or if works enough after restart, there may new build tomorrow.
