Trying to log into one drive I get error code 0x8004de86 - Microsoft Community

also, have changed password today , log in earlier.  go , locked out error code 0x8004de86, can please.

please confirm whether personal microsoft account has same alias , password office 365 work or school account. if so, after changing personal microsoft account password, please try reinstalling onedrive app. , log onedrive personal account , set up.

 

after set up, right-click white onedrive icon>settings>account>add account>type account again. details, check tailc's reply in this thread.

 

if that's not situation, clarify situation, please confirm following information:

1.share onedrive version us. right-click onedrive icon in system tray>settings>about.

2.please try signing onedrive on different computer in organization see result.

3.can other users in organization sign onedrive client office 365 work or school account(e.g. *** email address removed privacy *** )?

4.a screenshot of error message.
