Saving a document on One Drive - Microsoft Community

i unable save document 1 drive (business), invalid email address error. can sign office 365 , access same 1 drive. since business office 365 account, login while saving document under different username.

e.g. - business name / myname@domain name.com

could provide , confirm following?

1. “i trying save excel document directly on ‘one drive’ rather saving on desktop folders...   unable locate 1 drive when click 'save as' or 'share as' - the option 1 drive not appear .. “, upload related screenshots our troubleshooting.

2. check whether issue happens in office applications?

3. upload full screenshot of page showing version information of office application using. can access page via file>account.

 

given situation, if using office 2016, suggest close office 2016 applications>navigate control panel>user accounts>manage windows credentials under credential manager>remove microsoftoffice 16_data:adal:xxx , re-activate excel 2016 see if issue goes away.
