OneDrive recurring sync issues - Microsoft Community

our company has office 365 , have been using onedrive year no major problems until now. our operations manager holds master file our scheduling , created folder in onedrive , shared other employees regularly edit file. ops manager has had files synced desktop ease of access have other employees. system set editing schedule worked few days computer started having syncing issues. handle of tech issues company , resolve issues 1 keeps causing problems. have tried suggested fixes such re-linking account, closing , reopening onedrive on desktop, closing through task manager, , pretty every other fix can find on web. thing seems work exiting , reopening onedrive solution lasts 1-3 minutes goes having syncing problems. checked internet connection, did virus scan, reconfigured folders , seems fine onedrive still not connect. weirdest thing when tried reset command prompt (%localappdata%\microsoft\onedrive\onedrive.exe /reset) tells me command cannot executed. searched root folder in possible location unable find it. thing take account synced via web app section on tool bar says sync computer. how company devices set yet reason ops managers computer shows 2 onedrives in file explorer on left window pane whereas else has one. figured made 1 personal onedrive , other business account turns out 1 app , other through web app sync. fortunately, other employees can still edit , rename files need ops manager able edit makes 85% of changes file begin with. appreciated.

based on description, onedrive sync issue happens operations mamanger.please provide following information:

 

1.the detailed version of onedrive sync client.

you can check via right clicking onedrive menu(the blue/white cloud) in task bar in lower right corner>settings>about>about microsoft onedrive.

 

2.regarding "this system set editing schedule worked few days computer started having syncing issues."

please provide detained information including related screenshots syncing issue.

 

3.for "the weirdest thing when tried reset command prompt (%localappdata%\microsoft\onedrive\onedrive.exe /reset) tells me command cannot executed."

did open run window (press windows + r) , type %localappdata%\microsoft\onedrive\onedrive.exe /reset > click ok ? if not, please clarify steps.
