Mircosoft Office 2016 in View Only Mode - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have had mircosoft office on computer on year now. educator downloaded free. morning has shown following message. 

view account *** email address removed privacy *** doesn't allow editing on mac. learn more, contact admin office plan. 

i have clicked on use other account , entered credentials , there no change. have restarted computer , have logged onto 365 account , downloaded software again no avail. 

can tell me why has happened , can fix this? downloaded software on own, not through administrator.

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
