Lumia 950 - alarm goes off at the wrong time - Microsoft Community

i routinely set alarm using cortana, since last update alarm go off @ wrong time.

it automatically goes off based on number minutes past hour hour set too. e.g:

if set 6:30am, goes of @ 6:06am
if set 7:45am, goes off @ 7:07am

under alarms app, set time shows correctly , phone time correct.

any ideas?

hi,

have tried resetting phone after installing last update? try performing soft reset pressing power , volume down button simultaneously 15 seconds. afterwards, release hold , wait device finish restarting.

let know if issue alarm persists after doing soft reset.
