I get these Errors: Server Error or The Product Key is Invalid - Microsoft Community

hey all,

whenever want activate , install office version (office 365 personal), server error in '/' application  or if access product key page, "this product key isn't valid, try entering again".

i can't install office version. please advise , help.

let's activate , install office on computer. if product key not working, make sure you're entering key correctly on right site. if aren't sure site use, can enter product key using virtual support agent. if product key valid, virtual support agent provides link download office. virtual support agent can let know if product key has been blocked , can connect live agent.

if issue persists, suggest refer following support articles more information activating office on computer:

where enter office product key
activate office on brand new pc
unlicensed product , activation errors in office

if continue experience server errors, suggest use different web browser when downloading office. recommend use internet explorer or microsoft edge.
