How do I make text larger without changing the general scaler? - Microsoft Community

have general scaler set @ 125% (i use 1440p res) want 100% tons of things small. thought there used setting in windows 10 let specify scale font , stuff specifically.  (btw sorry didn't know category put exactly.)

what programs use? 

in note pad, word pad, text editors, can change font.

this under format.
