besides, better understand situation , you, please provide information below:

  1. does issue occur 1 specific workbook or workbooks?  it occurs on workbook , did when followed instructions in safe mode well.
  2. does issue occur when insert object in other office applications, such word or powerpoint?  i don't use powerpoint doesn't happen in word.
  3. related screenshots how encounter crash or error message.
  4. go file > account > product information, capture screenshot detailed office version.
