Can't get global access from the exchange admin center - Microsoft Community

when log in global admin ... if click on admin centers\exchange ... ever see user settings ... not system ones.

thanks information, see same page when click "another user" exchange admin center or when sign exchange admin center normal users's account (no administrator access).

if choose "another user" or access exchange admin center normal user's account, expected behaviour since access other user's account or normal user. if want access exchange admin center, please directly go link and sign in global admin's account.
