Unable to access account files since latest slow ring update - Microsoft Community

hello

i'm hoping can me since updating recent version of slow ring windows insider preview (17025), can't access of files, downloads, music, documents etc. associated account.

i can see files still there there 70gb of data associated "other people" on storage breakdown page of settings

as user of surface pro, data has mine. can't it.

i'm unable sign in microsoft account on "family & other people" page of settings. there no other people showing on page either.

i can't log in feedback hub. email & app account page of settings doesn't load- stays blank

i can't roll previous windows install i'm told need remove additional account has been setup since last update. additional account doesn't show on "family & other people" page though i'm @ complete loss

online support unable help, , telephone based support referred me told me use feedback hub (even though i've told them couldn't sign in access this)

i need access files work stuff there.

please help!!!

if you're having trouble signing in microsoft account, there few different reasons that – like can't remember password, have two-step verification turned on, or traveling or using new device.

we suggest try sign in login.live.com , see if work.

you can check article provided pausey how reset & recover microsoft account.
