this found after update build 17025. on insider page

 :(  linking account in page broken (fix coming in build 17037)!  workaround run "command prompt" admin , execute:
"reg delete hklm\sotware\microsoft\windowsselfhost\account /va /f". after this, re-eneter page twice default primary account.

moved from: windows insider program / windows insider preview / install, upgrade, , activate / pc

are on slow ring? if download iso , reinstall 17025 might fix that.

or change fast ring , update 17046 might fix it.

then switch slow ring , not anymore updates until slow ring advances past build 17046.
