trouble started when tried download microsoftedge  no start menu some taskbar not , ip disconnect

hi carolyn,

we're quite lost concern. microsoft edge built-in browser on windows 10 , therefore cannot uninstalled , re-downloaded. can elaborate on that? media referring to? removable device? have restarted device?

assuming start menu not working properly, run start menu troubleshooter. then, update or reinstall network adapters if you're having trouble connecting internet.go to device manager > locate , right-click your network driver > update driver. if latest version in installed, select uninstall instead. restart device afterwards.
