excel 2013 error message on opening .xlxs file..... "we found problem content.  do want try recover as possible?"  if answer yes, graphs lost.   need graphs.  thank suggestions.

this issue may occur if have corrupted file. identify causing concern, need confirm information. please answer following:

  • when did first encounter issue?
  • are receiving error message when opening .xlxs file?
  • were 1 created .xlxs file or received file?
