there way keep deleted text messages being restored?

hi,

if have backed text messages onedrive account, way restore deleted text messages extracting them microsoft onedrive backup. backup there in case lose existing phone or want factory reset current phone. once sms deleted on phone , microsoft account has synced onedrive, there no way recover sms. if sms has been turned off before have deleted them, should in onedrive , phone reset recover these sms associated microsoft account.
