Date format problem. - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have been struggling set date format entries in cells. have tried use custom format set date format well. when check istext() function, value returned "true".

i have attached screenshot of sheet well. 
please suggest can do. have tried possible solutions suggested on web. nothing seems working.

this issue happens if cell contains dates in text format. said, need gather additional information have better view on concern. kindly answer following:

  • did copy , paste said data in text format?
  • have tried converting said dates numbers?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
