windows central reported on podcast today msft having trouble of kind in flighting builds in 17xxx range right now.  may why rs4 canary numbers appear have been reset again.

i found interesting post explain why build numbers changed
17000 16350, hinting issue legacy code.

major problems occur when reach build numbers 16384 or higher.
