Change chart data range - resizing handles missing - Microsoft Community

hi,

in previous versions of excel change data range chart going select data source , dragging resizing handle on relevant cells. in version 15.38 don't seem able there no handles drag cells!

can help?

i'm not chart guru, don't know of way suppress individual components of chart unless there sort of vba method.

one thing can do, though, hide rows/columns in data range. chart update display visible data. if need on regular basis, can create custom view each of different manners want plot, switch 1 custom view rather having go through hide/unhide process each time... if do, make sure create custom view complete display 1 each hidden combination.
