Can no longer see "Open with the Take a Test app" as quiz - Microsoft Community

working on training teachers when , had seen can create test , have open in lockdown browser  (take test app) thought great idea. there direction on how here on office support; however, option no longer available in quiz forms , can't find app in windows store. has been removed?
