Why my office 365 can't be used after I downloaded from Skype - Microsoft Community

i received office 365 1 year subscription after renew skype plan year. after downloaded office 365 laptop , try login use tool, login failure , said account not associated microsoft product. please me on issue? thank you!

inability log in account may caused several reasons. since have difficulty in activating office 365 subscription, best contact our accounts , billing department can provide steps on how activate skype subscription. may in touch them here.
