Where are my photos? - Microsoft Community

i have microsoft lumia phone use tiny tablet, taking photos , sharing them online. using no problem, had put sim in (my regular phone died). carried on taking photos later realised don't appear have saved. last photo can see in folder last 1 took before put sim in. they? not have sd card in, , far i'm aware don't have 1 drive account. ideas?

oh , when took sim out went normal , saved photos again! can fixed?
