how can change name on welcome screen??

if you're using microsoft account, kindly follow steps in article change account name: change name on microsoft account. if want change local account name, need change through control panel. so, follow these steps:

1. type control panel on search bar.
2. click on control panel.
3. click on user accounts, click on change account type.
4. select local account, click on change account name.
5. enter new name account, click on change name confirm action.
