i work on 20 different projects during given week , set spreadsheet or summary report template can update other staff members on status of each project , work has been done each week. suggestions or 365 apps designed purpose?

regarding concern, suggest checking windows store spreadsheet related apps can of use cater need. also, can opt post suggestion via the excel uservoice page excel developers should able it.
