Transferring music from my Lg Mobile Stylo3Plus phont to laptop - Microsoft Community

 im getting headache. have been working on over , off since %;30 ctz. have plugged phone in, opened windows 10 media player, changed mp3 account brothers email account id mine, 1 installed laptop samsung phone had sd card in transferred new lg phone has music on it. have purchased laptop dell inspirion 15, , cant in. added device on comp. hhhheeeeeeeeeeeppppppppppppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it compatibility issue between devices. since issue non-microsoft phone, it's best refer user manual or contact manufacturer further assistance.
