Questioning Everything - Microsoft Community

whats purpose of having expiration date on certificate anyways? , if expired  corporations microsoft, why havent been updated? me open oppurtunity "hacker" ! or @ least make me suspicious  as validity of  whatever thing in use thought certificate has been expired! in 2014 toshiba laptop, certificate cmd.exe expired. , day or  interacting laptop remotely in background yet virtually undetected. supposedly best of multiple security suites ( ive tried top names). remote settings checked off! stubborn, keep trying different ways "win", speak. despite countless factory resets , recoveries, , multiple accounts , find someway or in. seems tied microsoft account , onedrive. anybody, got pointers besides scrapping , buying new. i know im not crazy, driving me crazy least. maybe government type monitoring or microsoft interaction, there. things files changing dates, or files being shared , or sent somewhere, leaving behind empty folders. or permissions being altered and/ or changed, , users or networks ive never came across before appearing , mysteriously never seen again. theres alot of other weird anomolies hard explain or replicate. out there , in here recognize have said?? anybody??? im questioning so-called limitations of possibilities now, im questioning think possible , impossible in technological day , age. arent you? or, shouldn't doing same?
