Office 365 for Education free package instead of E5 Trial - Microsoft Community

i'm international school dhaka (isd) in bangladesh. signed office 365 education free package recently, instead of can see "office 365 a5 without audio conferencing faculty/student trial" going expire on 21st october, 2017. guess not free version intended for. how can switch free education package before expiration, please let me know? lot! regards, m lytton.

meant received approval eligibility email state , validate academic institution qualified?

mentioned above schools qualify office 365 education plus when license office institution-wide faculty , staff through enrollment education solutions or open value subscription education solutions. detailed information, please refer article under education: programs educational institutions
