i uninstalled microsoft office 2013 trying install office 360 have none of word, excell ect reinstall

hi andrea,

an intermittent internet connection 1 of possible reasons why you’re unable install office 365 on computer. ensure issue addressed, we’d ask few questions:

  • did receive error messages? if so, provide screenshot have better overview of it? please remove personal information might included in screenshot.
  • have restarted computer after uninstalling office 2013 before installing office 365?
  • are using wired or wireless connection?

we’ll keep eye out response.
