Frozen Onedrive account - Microsoft Community

i noticed onedrive account frozen long time due exceeding storage limit.

how unfreeze , other options keep account?

hi,

if account frozen due storage limit breech, our initial step check if account still accessible. this, suggest sign in account on onedrive.live.com. if you're able sign in, can either free space deleting unwanted items or increasing onedrive subscription.

once you're done, if you're trying re-sync account, unlink onedrive and sign in. this, type in email address , password, , follow on-screen instructions complete setup.
