how can potentially dangerous links in comments section reported on microsoft document site?

sites have spam and/or dangerous links in comments (but suspect there more):

i.e:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

or

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer

i respect not have mc, not sure ask.

update:

a party reached,  engineers assigned today ->current situation regarding potentially malicious links in comments on mark russinovich's diag tools @ microsoft-com, resolved.
