contacts backup - Microsoft Community

i'm reset fone , after phone reset contact t's gas gone fone how can cotact in fone..

if set microsoft account on same phone got it, contacts synced microsoft account. if lost phone's contacts after hard reset, can restore them up. need sign in using same microsoft account used when created backup.
